SRT to VTT

Web video players read WebVTT. The converter adds the WEBVTT header and writes each time with a full stop before the milliseconds. Every cue keeps its timing and its line breaks.

VTT to SRT

Many video editors and upload forms ask for SRT. The converter numbers each cue from 1 and writes the times with a comma. Blocks that only VTT knows, such as NOTE and STYLE, are left out.

SRT to text

When you only need the words, pick Text for one line per subtitle, or Paragraph for a single block. Cue numbers, timestamps and formatting tags are removed.
